Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. Medisoftware is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WYOMING, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, WY.
Medisoftware reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
